Class 11th Students Demand, Postponement of tomorrow's paper Amid Snowfall and Rains

Srinagar, Feb 27 (KNS): Students of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) Class 11th have urged authorities to postpone their exam scheduled for tomorrow due to heavy snowfall and continuous rainfall across the valley.

As per Kashmir News Service KNS, Amid the ongoing Class 11th examinations in Kashmir division, fresh snowfall in hilly areas of North, South, and Central Kashmir has led to temporary road blockages, making travel difficult. Additionally, incessant rains have caused waterlogging in several low-lying areas, further hampering vehicle movement.

Meanwhile Several students and parents contacted Kashmir News Service (KNS), appealing for the issue to be reported to higher authorities and demanding the postponement of the exam. They expressed concerns that worsening weather conditions could make it difficult for students to reach their exam centers.

It's pertained to mention that The Meteorological Department has predicted more snowfall and rain in the next 24 hours, which may worsen the situation. 

However Parents and students have urged the administration to take immediate action and reschedule the exam to ensure student safety and convenience. (KNS)
