Skiing Competition for School Children Organized in North Kashmir: DIG Maqsood-ul-Zaman

Baramulla, Feb 27 (KNS): A skiing competition for school children was organized in North Kashmir, bringing together students from all districts of the region. The event, held in snowy conditions, was met with enthusiasm by the participants.  


Speaking about the initiative, DIG North Kashmir, Maqsood-ul-Zaman, said that the aim is to make such activities more accessible to children and youth, fostering their overall personality development. He emphasized the importance of supporting weaker sections, including helping children who face difficulties in their education. "By engaging in such positive activities, we ensure that children stay on the right path and contribute to the well-being of society rather than getting involved in harmful influences," he added.  

The initiative is part of the police's broader efforts to strengthen community engagement and promote a healthier, more inclusive society.(KNS)
