Srinagar, May 26 (KNS) : Apni Party delegation, led by the party's Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, visited Galwanpora in central Kashmir's Budgam district on tuesday to express profound grief and offer heartfelt condolences to the family of the 12-year-old girl whose tragic and brutal death has sent shockwaves across the region.

According to a press release issued her, The party delegation compromised of party's prominent leaders including; party Provincial President Kashmir Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Chief Spokesperson and State Secretary Muntazir Mohiuddin, Spokesperson and State Secretary Organisation Dr Harbaksh Singh, Spokesperson and State Youth President Yawar Dilawar Mir, District President Budgam Advocate Owais Ashraf Shah, Jibran Dar, Ali Muhammad, Lateef Ahmad, Mushtaq Ahmad, Dar Mushtaq, Waseem Ahmad Dar, Farooq Ahmad Mir, Qaisar Bangi, Mohd Maqbool, Gulam Ahmad, Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Bashir Ahmad Shah, Manzoor Ahmad Wani, Ab Qayoom Bhat, Aijaz Ahmad Shah, Gh Rasool Malik, Nazir Ahmad, Mohd Shafi Dar, Tariq Ahmad Najar and others.

They met with the grieving family, sharing their deepest sympathies during this hour of unimaginable loss and sorrow.

He stated that the safety, dignity, and protection of children are paramount, and such an appalling act is a dark blot on humanity. Mir noted that the pain of this tragedy is being felt by every household in Jammu and Kashmir, and the entire Apni Party leadership stands firmly in solidarity with the victim's family.

During the visit, the visiting delegation urged the administration and law enforcement agencies to ensure a swift, transparent, and time-bound investigation into the crime. He demanded that the perpetrators be held fully accountable and face exemplary punishment under the law, emphasizing that swift justice must be served to set a strong precedent and ensure the safety of citizens, especially vulnerable children.

The delegation concluded their visit with special prayers for the eternal peace of the departed young soul. They also prayed that the Almighty grants courage and patience to the shattered parents and relatives to bear this immense and irreparable loss.

The Apni Party reiterated its commitment to supporting the family in their pursuit of justice and called upon society to collectively reflect on and address the safety of children in the region.(KS)
