Baramulla Feb 18 (KNS): The residents of Gantmulla Bala village of Baramulla district are angry over the poor cellular network provided by Airtel in the area and subscribers have demanded immediate redressal of their grievances.

The subscribers said that during rainfall or snowfall the services in the village remain very poor, with all the users bearing the brunt of poor services.

They said that students who have online classes, patients who take online doctors' advise and those corporate sector employees who work from home bear the maximum brunt due to poor network provided by the Airtel telecom services in the village.

The subscribers said that the call services also get very poor and irksome during snow or rainfall that hits the normal communication services between people.

The subscribers rused that despite complaints to the Airtel telecom services officials, their grievance is not being addressed.

They have demanded the Airtel Telecom Services to improve their network or else they will approach other service providers to install tower in the village and enmass switch over thier subscription.(KNS)
