Srinagar, July 01(KNS): Prominent business leader and former President of the Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industries Sheikh Ashiq has condoled the demise veteran trade union leader Sampat Prakash.
Terming Prakash’s death “personal loss”, Ashiq said the departed soul was a fearless voice of the trade unions in Jammu and Kashmir, who would call a spade a spade.
Ashiq said Prakash was among the true voices of Jammu and Kashmir who had earned good name at the national level. “He was a respected figure at the national level.”
The former KCCI President expressed his heartfelt condolences with the family of the departed soul and the trade union fraternity.(KNS).
