Srinagar, Apr 16 (KNS): The metrological department on Wednesday said that the upcoming days will see varying conditions in Jammu and Kashmir, with generally cloudy skies expected on the 17th of April, followed by light to moderate rain and thunderstorms from the 18th to the 19th, especially in higher reaches.
"Isolated light rain is forecasted for the 20th, while generally dry weather is anticipated from the 21st to the 25th, with the possibility of isolated afternoon and nighttime thundershowers," it said.
"Cloudy conditions with light rain and thunder are expected in many places on the 26th and 27th of April," the MeT said, adding that the Farmers are advised to resume operations on the 17th and after the 21st, while temporary disruptions in transportation and water logging in low-lying areas are expected.
"There's a possibility of landslides and mudslides on vulnerable slopes during the 18th and 19th," it added.(KNS).
