Srinagar, June 23 (KNS) : Early Times senior correspondent Ubaid Malik has been discharged from JVC Hospital after successfully undergoing a fourth surgery following a serious accident in Tangmarg.

 

Ubaid Malik sustained severe injuries when a deodar tree fell on him in Tangmarg. 

 

He was immediately shifted to Tangmarg Hospital, where doctors provided initial treatment. After assessing his condition, the medical team referred him to JVC Hospital, Srinagar, for advanced treatment.

 

Upon arrival at JVC, Ubaid was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he remained under close observation for a week.

 

Subsequently, he underwent multiple surgeries under the supervision ofl renowned doctors at the hospital. Following three successful surgeries, doctors conducted a fourth operation, after which his condition improved significantly.

After making a steady recovery, Ubaid Malik was discharged from the hospital yesterday.

 

During his difficult days at JVC Hospital, Ubaid’s close friend Rahi Ashraf stood firmly by his side, providing unwavering support and companionship. 

 

Family members and friends described his dedication as an example of true friendship, praying that Allah bless him for his kindness and support.

 

The family of Ubaid Malik has expressed heartfelt gratitude to Minister Sakeena Itoo, other ministers, MLAs, political leaders, journalists, religious leaders, friends, and well-wishers who visited him at the hospital and at his home, and who prayed for his speedy recovery during this challenging period.
