ETV Bharat Reporter Mohd Ashraf received Exchange4Media award At Dehli

 Dehli 30 October(KNS): Mohd Ashraf Ganie, working With ETV BHARAT, a Hyderabad based famous Media House, has been honored with the prestigious ’40 Under 40 Media Award-2022′ by Exchange4media, a prominent Delhi-based broadcasting and media production industry.

The first edition of exchange4media’s Urdu Journalism 40 Under 40 Summit and awards was held at India International Centre in New Delhi on Friday. The 40 winners this year include journalists from print, TV and digital domains.
The award recognizes and celebrates the exceptional contributions of 40 media professionals from various parts of the country to Urdu journalism, with Mohd Ashraf Ganie standing out as one of the awardees.

The award ceremony, held under the banner of ‘Jashn-e-Shafat’ held in New Delhi was a grand affair where the outstanding achievements of the honorees were duly acknowledged and celebrated.

With nearly 7 years of dedicated service in the field of journalism, Mohd Ashraf Ganie has worked with multiple news organizations. He currently holds the position of Reporter/Content Editor ETV BHARAT Jammu.
Journalist Mohd ashraf Ganie Hails From District Kulgam is Presently working in ETV BHARAT a Hyderabad Based famous Media House, Journalist Mohd Ashraf Ganie Completed his master's Degree In Mass Communication And Journalism From Central University in 2014,After completing his masters Degree in Mass communication Discipline he started his professional carrier With daily Rising Kashmir, followed by a local news agency Kashmir News Service later in the year 2018 he joined with ETV BHARAT as Jammu Reporter/Content Editor where he started writing English and Urdu stories for ETV BHARAT. He has interviewed the top most politicians of the country including union Minister Hardeep Pauri,Former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullaha Mrs Mehbooba Mufti, Umar Abdullah and BJP leader Ravinder Raina.

Exchange4media Urdu Journalism 40 under 40 recognizes professionals across print, television and digital for their valuable contributions to the sector. The list includes editors, reporters, anchors, journalists, marketing & digital media professionals, videographers, news producers & video editors.

The inaugural jury was chaired by Dr. S.Y.Quraishi, Former Chief Election Commissioner of India. Other esteemed jury members included: Dr. Annurag Batra Chairman and Editor-in-chief BW BusinessWorld and Founder, of exchange4media, Dr. Rakhshanda Jalil Writer, Translator, Literary Historian, Shahid Siddiqui Editor Nai Dunia, Muzaffar Ali, Filmmaker, Poet, Zafar Sareshwala, Former Chancellor, MANNU, Yusuf Jameel, Journalist, Columnist & Winner, CPJ International Press Freedom Award, Rajesh Raina Group Editor News18, Raj Babbar Actor and former MP, Dr. Shaikh Aquil Ahmad Director, NCPUL, Ministry of Education, GOI, Mir Alam Ali Zaidi, Journalist, Historian and Writer, Prof. Farhat Basir Khan Author, Strategist, Media Communication and Design Scholar, Suman Varma CMO Hamdard India, and Ambreen Khan Media Marketing Expert.

The inaugural edition attracted over 200 entries out of which 80 were shortlisted and presented before the jury finally 40 were selected across the country.(KNS).
