J&K Bank Terminates Services of Chief Manager Sajad Bazaz

 Srinagar, Aug 19(KNS): In a swift move, Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd has relieved Chief Manager Sajad Bazaz of his duties with immediate effect.

According to a formal communique from J&K Bank, the Managing Director expressed contentment after evaluating the detailed account of the situation as presented in a report furnished by trustworthy agencies. The report led to the conclusion that the actions undertaken by Sajad Ahmad Bazaz, designated as Chief Manager with Code No. 4484, stationed within the Internal Communication and Marketing Department, merited his dismissal in accordance with the prevailing rules and provisions.

The official statement further clarified that the decision was arrived at under Rule/Provision 12.29 of the Organizational Service Manual (OSM). It was determined that, given the state's security interests, conducting an inquiry in the case of Sajad Ahmad Bazaz, Chief Manager with Code No. 4484, would not be deemed appropriate or advantageous. In view of this, Mr. Sajad Ahmad Bazaz's services as Chief Manager are hereby terminated with immediate effect.
