Anantnag, Nov 25 (KNS): Sameena Hussain, daughter of former J&K minister Peer Mohammad Hussain on Wednesday filed her nomination papers for upcoming DDC polls from Achabal constituency.
Sameena, a People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration (PAGD) candidate was accompanied by her father and NC stalwart Peer Mohammad Hussain and other party workers who chanted slogans at the occasion in her favor.
While talking to KNS, she said that the forthcoming DDC polls are vital part of democracy in order to ensure sustainable development on ground. She said that the development of Achabal constituency will remain in her priorties and people from all shades of life would be taken on board for making the constituency a developed one.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
"Besides developmental issues, my priorities will remain the eradication of unemployment among youth and welfare of people without any discrimination", Sameena told KNS.
She further added that the Jammu and Kashmir has suffered immensely after August 4, 2019 and people should come forward at this juncture to defeat the nefarious designs of communal parties.
Peer Mohammad Hussain, a senior leader of NC told KNS that PAGD is enough capable to frustrate the designs of BJP and other anti-J&K parties. He appealed peope of the constituency to venture out on poll day and cast their ballot in favor of PAGD candidate. (KNS)
