Srinagar, Feb 07 (KNS): Peoples Conference President Sajad Gani Lone has strongly condemned the recent act of violence in Karfali Mohalla, Shalla Kadal area of Srinagar, which resulted in the tragic death of a laborer from Amritsar, Amrit Pal Singh, while leaving another non-local, Rohit, injured.
In a statement issued here, PC President expressed his deepest sympathies to the bereaved family of Amrit Pal Singh and prayed for the early recovery of the injured.
"Yet another innocent life has been lost in this mindless bloodshed. These acts of violence are reprehensible and have no place in a civilized society. I hope peace prevails and the sanctity of human blood is preserved," he remarked.(KNS)
