Srinagar, February 13 (KNS): Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, on Tuesday, said that the party is unwaveringly dedicated to taking Jammu and Kashmir to new heights of peace, prosperity, and development. He said that Apni Party leadership has both the potential and the determination to protect the fundamental and democratic rights of the people of J&K, as guaranteed by the country's constitution.

He made these comments while speaking at an event held at the party headquarters in Srinagar today. The event was organised to welcome new members from the Beerwah constituency in Budgam district. A large number of political activists and workers formally joined the Apni Party on this occasion, while Ghulam Hassan Mir, along with several other esteemed party leaders, warmly welcomed them into the party fold.

The prominent among the new entrants included Advocate Sajad Ahmad Dar (social activist), Tariq Ahmad Dar, Abdul Ahad Dar, Junaid Rasool Dar, Aqib Ahmad Dar, Tauseef Ahmad Dar, Gulzar Ahmad Dar, Nazir Ahmad Dar, Khazir Mohammad Mir, and others. The party in charge of the Beerwah constituency, Advocate Sheikh Ishfaq Ahmad, and a committee member from Budgam district, Engineer Rameez, organised the joining programme.

The prominent party leaders who were present on occasion included party’s Vice President Usman Majid, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, party’s Chief Coordinator J&K and District President Kulgam Abdul Majeed Padar, District President Anantnag Abdul Rahim Rather, Provincial Coordinator Javid Ahmad Mir, and others.(KNS)
