Ganderbal, Sep 22(KNS): In a candid moment during a rally in Ganderbal, Iltija Mufti, daughter of former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, publicly acknowledged the fallibility of politicians, offering an apology for any past mistakes.
Speaking to her supporters, Iltija emphasized that political leaders are human and can err, expressing her willingness to make amends.
“If I’ve done wrong, I apologize,” Iltija told the crowd, striking a humble tone that resonated with the audience. In addition to the apology, Iltija reaffirmed her commitment to opening her heart to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, promising to work for the betterment of the region. She also made an emotional appeal to the Home Minister to show compassion for the youth of J&K, many of whom she said are unjustly imprisoned.
