Kulgam February 13 (KNS) :- The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) 18 Battalion organized a mega medical camp under its civic action program in the Yari Pora area of Kulgam district. Deputy Commissioner kulgam Mr Athar Aamir Khan Was Chief Guest on this occasion.
The camp was held at the Yari Pora in which disabled and Poor peoples from different areas of Yari Pora,Frisel, Khan Pora ,Kanji Kulla,Bolsu and other adjecent areas take part.
The event was a resounding success as local doctors and CRPF officers provided medical advice and distributed medicines to the participants. The Commanding Officer of the 18 Battalion, BAK Chorosiyea , along with other officers and local dignitaries, including locals and were present on the occasion to oversee the proceedings.
The Commanding Officer of the CRPF 18 Battalion while speaking with the reporters on the sidelines of a function, expressed his satisfaction with the camp's success and pledged to organize similar events in other areas to improve the physical health of people living in backward areas.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Commonding Officer also informed peoples that CRPF Civic Action Program scheme through which local peeples can consult to CRPF doctors.
This initiative by the CRPF is commendable as it provides much-needed relief to the underprivileged communities of the region. The success of this event is a testament to the CRPF's commitment to improving the lives of people in the region and providing essential services to those who need them the most.
