Srinagar, June 18(KNS): During the Hajj pilgrimage of 2024, five Kashmiri women tragically died to heat stroke while in Arafat and Muzdalifa.
The intense heat, with temperatures reaching as high as 48°C, severely impacted the health of several pilgrims despite their steadfast dedication to performing religious rituals.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
According to reports, four of the deceased pilgrims were from Srinagar, and one was from Kulgam district.
They were accompanied by their relatives, who are now arranging for their burial in Makkah.(KNS)
