Ganderbal, 21 Dec (KNS): In a significant step toward empowering the youth and fostering entrepreneurial growth, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal inaugurated a mega awareness campaign titled Udyam Jagrati under the flagship program Mission Yuva - Udyam Vikas Abhiyaan. The event was held at the Panchayat Kangan A Conference Hall, BDO Office Kangan, and witnessed the participation of 250-300 individuals, including aspiring entrepreneurs, youth, and local stakeholders.
The campaign aimed to promote self-reliance and entrepreneurship among the youth of the region. The program featured an engaging interactive session where participants shared their ideas and sought guidance on various aspects of entrepreneurship. The session served as a platform to address queries, discuss challenges, and explore opportunities for business development and innovation.

Assistant Director Employment, Benish Wani (JKAS), played a pivotal role in the event by briefing the participants on the highlights of the campaign. She outlined the government’s initiatives under Mission Yuva, which focus on skill development, financial support, and creating an enabling environment for young entrepreneurs. In her concluding remarks, Wani expressed her gratitude to all participants and stakeholders for their active involvement, which contributed to the success of the event.
