Srinagar, Oct 17: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has posted Peerzada Zahoor Ahmad, Additional Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department (H&ME) as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister Sakina Itoo.
