Srinagar, Oct 23(KNS): Aga Syed Mujtaba Abbas, special representative of Aga Syed Hassan Mosavi Al-Safavi, visited Naidgam, Budgam, to express condolences to the family of Dr. Shahnawaz, who lost his life in a targeted attack in Gagangeer, Ganderbal, on Sunday evening.
