Srinagar Feb 10 (KNS): A number of delegations, party workers, and functionaries met with JKNC Vice President Kashmir and MLA Lal Chowk, Ahsan Pardesi, at the party headquarters, Nawa-i-Subh, today.
The delegations raised several pressing issues, including water scarcity, electricity shortages, ration supply concerns, and the rising unemployment of educated youth, which have persisted over the past decade.
Responding promptly to the grievances, Ahsan Pardesi contacted the concerned officials on the spot, ensuring immediate resolution of several issues.
Addressing the gathering, he reiterated that the Omar Abdullah-led government remains committed to fulfilling all promises made in the party’s manifesto. Meanwhile, a workers’ meeting was held at Nawa-i-Subh under the chairmanship of Provincial Secretary, Advocate Syed Tauqeer Ahmed. The meeting focused on party matters and ongoing organizational work. Addressing the attendees, Advocate Tauqeer emphasized the need to strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
District President Peer Afaq Ahmed also addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of unity and collective efforts for the party’s growth. The meeting was attended by senior party members, including Dr. Syed Makhdoomi, Pandith Amit Koul, and Manzoor Ahmed Bhat.(KNS)
