Srinagar, August 31 (KNS): J&K National Conference Vice President Kashmir and Incharge Lal Chowk Constituency, Ahsan Pardesi, today welcomed Apni Party leader Bilal Khan from Batamaloo, along with his supporters, into the party fold.
