Srinagar May 09 (KNS): In a heartfelt expression of social responsibility, the All Jammu & Kashmir Shia Association, under the leadership of Molvi Imran Reza Ansari, is organizing a Blood Donation Camp on 11th May 2025 at Chinabal. This noble initiative comes at a time when the region is grappling with unrest and humanitarian challenges.
Embodying the timeless values of service, compassion, and unity in diversity, the association has also opened the doors of several Imam Bargahs including Chainbal, Delina, Ahmedpora, and Jamia Imam Jaffar Sadiq in Shadipora Sumbal, and a dedicated space for women at Hoza-e-Ilmia Zainabia, Reshipora Hanjiwera, Pattan to shelter and support displaced families affected by the conflict. Molvi Imran Reza Ansari, while addressing volunteers and media, stated, “This is not just a religious duty, but a human one. At a time when our brothers and sisters are suffering, it is our moral and cultural obligation—as Indians, and as Kashmiris—to stand together and uplift one another.”
The upcoming blood donation camp aims to support overwhelmed hospitals and army units in case of any emergencies.
