Jammu November 4 (KNS): Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari has condoled the demise of Ruqqaya Begum at her Gujjar Nagar residence in Jammu.
She was the mother of retired IPS Syed Ahfadul Mujtaba.
