SrinagarDec 17 (KNS): Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam, Srinagar, has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing of its esteemed member, Mr. Khalid Fazili, a distinguished son of the soil a close associate of the Mirwaiz family, and former Hydraulics Engineer. Mr. Fazili, who originally hailed from Nawab Bagh, Baghwanpora, Srinagar, was residing in the United States at the time of his demise.

In a condolence message issued on behalf of its President, Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, and other members, the Anjuman paid rich tributes to Mr. Fazili for his dedicated and selfless service to the institution and society.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe late Fazili was particularly lauded for his contributions toward providing financial aid and scholarships to underprivileged students studying in educational institutions managed by the Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam.

The Anjuman described his demise as a significant loss and extended its heartfelt condolences, sympathy, and solidarity to his children, family members, and the entire Fazili family.
