Zadibal, 26th Aug (KNS): Today, on the solemn occasion of Arbaeen, commemorating the 40th day of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions, a grand Majlis E Aza was held at Imam Bargah Zadibal. The day-long event began with soul-stirring Marsiya recitals by various Zakireen from 9:30 am, followed by Zuhar Salah and Ziyarat E Arbaeen.

As the Marsiya continued, a symbolic Zuljanah Sharif procession was taken out from Mohallah Syed Afzal to Imam Bargah Zadibal, with many Daira E Hussainy participating in the solemn ritual. The congregation was deeply moved by the poignant accounts of the sacrifices made by Imam Hussain (AS) and his family in Kerbala.

Molvi Imran Ansari emphasized the significance of Arbaeen as a symbol of resistance against injustice and oppression. He also touched upon the values of patience, perseverance, and sacrifice embodied by Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions, inspiring the audience to strive for a more just and compassionate world.

The Majlis concluded with a heartfelt prayer for the unity and prosperity of the Muslim Ummah, and a special supplication for the oppressed people of Palestine. (KNS)
