Srinagar, Feb 26 (KNS): In a scathing attack, the National Conference (NC) has shared parliamentary records from 1990, revealing that the founder of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) was instrumental in introducing the Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) bill.
