Kupwara, July 2 (KNS): A joint team of security forces on Tuesday claimed to have recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition in the Dardpora area of Kralpora in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
As per a police statement, Kupwara Police, in collaboration with the Army and BSF, conducted a joint search operation in the Nangari Forest area of Dardpora Kralpora, Kupwara. The items seized included 8 AK magazines, 445 live AK rounds, 1 pistol, 3 pistol magazines, 13 live pistol rounds, and 1 hand grenade. This successful operation highlights the ongoing efforts to maintain security and peace in the region.
