Bandipora, June 08 (KNS): The Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Bandipora today conducted an extensive enforcement drive at Arin-Bandipora Road aimed at improving road safety and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.

The enforcement drive was focused on checking vehicle documentation, Licenses, overloading and other traffic violations particularly by school buses and two wheelers.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

During the enforcement drive, a team from Motor Vehicle Department headed by ARTO checked various vehicles including School Buses to ensure adherence to legal and safety standards.

During the drive, the ARTO retained 10 driving Licenses and 8 Registration Certificates besides realized fine of Rs 20,000 from offenders and also issued notices to offenders.(KNS)
