Bandipora, Oct 07 (KNS): The District Election Officer Bandipora Manzoor Ahmad Qadri on Monday said that all facilities for smooth counting in the district have been finalized.
Briefing media DEO Bandipora, said that randomization of polling staff has already been done. The counting process will start at 8 am in the morning according to the ECI guidelines.

He also said that the three-tier security has been set up in the counting centres. “The shifting of EVMs will be held under the guidelines of ECI in the counting centres.”.
“Section 144 will be implemented outside counting centres, expected peaceful counting if any untoward incident happens, administration ready to deal with that,” he added. (KNS)
