Srinagar, Jan 02 (KNS): Dr. Masarat Iqbal Wani, the newly appointed Medical Superintendent of District Hospital Bandipora, is ready to bring much-needed reforms to the district’s healthcare system.
With a history of achievements, including being the leader behind India’s first fully vaccinated village and introducing biometric attendance, Dr. Wani’s appointment brings new hope to the residents of Bandipora.
Dr. Wani is not new to the challenges of healthcare in remote areas. Known for his role in spearheading the Covid vaccination drive that made Bandipora the first village in India to fully vaccinate its population, he is committed to replicate that success on a broader scale.
"At DH Bandipora, the health and well-being of the people of Bandipora is my top priority. I aim to strengthen the healthcare system and make sure everyone, no matter where they live, has access to quality medical care," Dr. Wani said.
