Bilaliya Education Institute Organizes counselling session in Srinagar

Srinagar April 16 (KNS):  In its unwavering commitment to the comprehensive growth and well-being of its students, Bilaliya Educational Institute (BEI) organized a transformative counselling session at its Lal Bazar campus. The session focused on the holistic development of students, encompassing mental wellness, character building, and social responsibility.


The event was graced by Dr. Mushtaq Margoob, eminent psychiatrist and former Head of the Department of Psychiatry, GMC Srinagar, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Tariq Margoob as the Guest of Honour.

Mr. Manzoor Wangnoo, Chairman of BEI, warmly welcomed the distinguished guests, faculty members, and students. In his address, he underscored the significance of tarbiyat (moral upbringing) as an integral part of education. He expressed his heartfelt aspiration for every BEI student to emerge as a socially responsible and ethically sound individual. Highlighting the increasing concerns over the misuse of social media, Mr. Wangnoo advised students to navigate the digital landscape with discernment and responsibility. He also urged students to remain focused on their character, academics, and duties both within and beyond the classroom.

He encouraged students to stay rooted in their values and communities and to become proactive agents of positive change.

In his motivational remarks, Mr. Tariq Margoob inspired students to cultivate positive speech, recognize their inner potential, and set purposeful goals. “With strong willpower and character, success is not just possible—it is inevitable,” he remarked, emphasizing the enduring value of integrity and perseverance.

The session concluded with a heartfelt message from Chairman Mr. Manzoor Wangnoo:
“Be faithful to your parents and teachers. Let us strive to become role models—not just academically, but socially, politically, morally, and spiritually.”

As a token of appreciation and love, Mr. Wangnoo was presented with the book “Mastering the Future Today by Changing Paradigms” by Dr. Tariq Margoob.
