Bright Minds Reading Room-Cum-Library Inaugurated in Qalamabad

Qalamabad, May 19: In an effort to support students and aspirants preparing for competitive examinations, a new library-cum-reading room named Bright Minds with a seating capacity of 50 was inaugurated at New Qalamabad on Monday.

The facility, housed in the JK Bank building, has been established by Haroon Nazir Wani of Manzopra Qalamabad. The inauguration ceremony was led by Block Development Officer, Mawer Qalamabad, Nazir Ahmad.

The event saw participation from various dignitaries, including SHO Police Station Qalamabad, Mohd Ashraf; Vice Principal GHSS Qalamabad; Jammu and Kashmir Teachers' Forum Vice President, Muneer Ahmad Khan; President of Qalamabad Traders Association, Mohd Ashraf Sofi; along with members of the civil society and other respected individuals of the tehsil.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Speaking on the occasion, BDO Nazir Ahmad emphasized the importance of education in shaping a successful future. He urged students to dedicate themselves to their studies while also engaging in sports activities to enhance self-confidence, concentration, and overall physical and mental well-being. He encouraged students to make optimal use of their time and the newly established library to channel their energies in constructive directions.

Community members, teachers, and especially students expressed enthusiasm and appreciation for the initiative, noting that such a facility not only promotes a culture of reading but also helps in developing a better understanding of academic and career opportunities.
