SRINAGAR, July 26(KNS): Manzoor Wangnoo, Chairman of the Nigeen Lake Conservation Organisation (NLCO), in his statement shared that he held productive meetings with the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, IAS, and DC Srinagar Dr. Bilal Mohuidin Bhat, IAS, today in their respective office chambers.
Wangnoo stated that they discussed NLCO’s Mission Ehsaas and the ongoing efforts for the sustained conservation and preservation of Gilsar Khushalsar. He added, “Both Divisional Commissioner Kashmir and DC Srinagar assured all possible help and committed to removing any bottlenecks towards the sustained conservation of these water bodies.”

Wangnoo expressed his gratitude for the time and support of both officials despite their busy schedules. He also expressed hope that the LG administration will expedite the revival of the lost glory of these twin urban lakes.(KNS)
