Srinagar February 17 (KNS):  The annual examinations of class 10th in the Valley, in which about 74 thousand students are appearing, started today. In this regard, Director School Education Kashmir Dr. G.N. Itoo visited several examination centers of district Srinagar and reviewed the facilities provided to students during examination.

DSEK visited Presentation Convent Higher Secondary School Rajbagh, Boys Higher Secondary School Jawaharnagar and many other schools of district Srinagar.Dr.Itoo directly spoke to the children about the facilities provided to them during examination.

Expressing satisfaction over the arrangements made in the examination centers, the Director School Education Kashmir directed the examination staff to maintain a pleasant environment in the examination centers by adopting the rules and regulations.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Talking to the media, he said that the department is committed to provide every possible facility to all the students of valley during examination.

It is pertinent to mention that 636 examination centers have been established for the annual examinations of class 10th in Kashmir Division, in which about 74 thousand students are appearing and more than 4 thousand staff members have been engaged for the smooth conduct of examination.(KNS)
