CM Omar Abdullah Reaches Saudi Arabia for Umrah, Returning on November 30

 Srinagar, Nov 25 (KNS): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, along with his colleagues, arrived in Saudi Arabia today to perform Umrah.

He is accompanied by his father, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, Minister Javid Dar, Advisor to CM Nasir Aslam Wani, MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq, and MLA Chanapora Mushtaq Guroo.

Earlier, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah broke the news about his Umrah plans on the microblogging site X. The CM said: “Alhumdullilah political clearance has come. I will be travelling to Saudi Arabia on Monday to perform Umrah and to offer prayers at Al Masjid an Nabawi (SAW) (The Prophet’s (PBUH) Mosque) in Medina.” (KNS)
