Srinagar, Jan 24(KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s advisor Nasir Aslam Wani has been accorded the rank and status of a cabinet minister, an official order said on Saturday.
According to the order, Wani will be entitled to a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs 80,000, rent-free accommodation and transport facilities to be provided by the Motor Garages Department.

The order said the cabinet minister status will remain effective for the duration of his tenure as adviser to the chief minister.(KNS).
