Ganderbal, 13 Dec:(KNS)The District Employment and Counseling Center (DECC), Ganderbal, today conducted an awareness program at Kullan, Block Gund, Ganderbal. The event aimed to educate local residents, particularly the youth, about various initiatives under the Mission Youth program.
The program provided detailed insights into several key schemes designed to promote self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and skill development. Participants were introduced to the Tejaswini Scheme, which focuses on empowering women by providing financial assistance and support to establish their entrepreneurial ventures. The scheme is specifically tailored to encourage women to become self-reliant and contribute to the local economy.
Another initiative highlighted during the session was the Mumkin Scheme, which facilitates self-employment opportunities through small-scale business ventures. Under this scheme, eligible candidates can receive financial and logistical support to start or expand their businesses.
