Bandipora, Jan 24: Authorities at District Hospital Bandipora have imposed a strict ban on videography and photography within the hospital premises to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
According to an official statement, the decision aims to create a secure and respectful environment for patients, their families, and hospital staff.
"Videography and photography inside the hospital premises are strictly prohibited which includes capturing images or videos using mobile phones or any other devices," the statement read.
Hospital officials emphasized the importance of maintaining confidentiality, particularly in sensitive areas such as the emergency ward, operation theatres, and patient rooms.
They said such restrictions are crucial to ensuring that patients feel safe and respected during their medical care.
