Srinagar, Dec 04(KNS): As part of its ongoing commitment in fostering education, addressing developmental needs and bridging the digital divide, Range Police Headquarters Baramulla distributed ten (10) computers and various laboratory equipments to different schools under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2023-24 across North Kashmir Range.

The event, held at Police Public School Baramulla was attended by key dignitaries, including DIG NKR Baramulla Maqsood-Ul-Zaman and representatives from schools and the community. These schools include Madrassa Jamia Hidayatul Banat Kralhar, Gousia Educational Trust Old Town Baramulla, Police Public School Baramulla, Iqra Educational Institute Khumriyal Kupwara, Fatima Zohra Educational Institute Goose Kupwara, Muslim Model School Watpora Bandipora, Faiz-e-Aam Secondary School Bandipora, Ameen Memorial Educational Institute Dangiwacha Rafiabad, Rahmat-Ul-Alam Educational Trust Seelo Sopore and Child Care School Handwara.

While interacting with students DIG NKR Baramulla, Maqsood-ul-Zaman advised the students of dreaming big, using the resources wisely, exploring new ideas, gaining new skills, and always stay curious for gaining knowledge.

The initiative aims to improve computer literacy, enhance e-learning capabilities, doing experimentations and provide students with access to online educational resources.
