Srinagar, Dec 17(KNS): Director of School Education, Dr. GN Itoo, has emphasized his commitment to ensuring quality education for children living in far-flung areas of Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking exclusively to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Dr. Itoo highlighted the pressing need to address the challenges faced by students in remote regions and assured that his department is working tirelessly to meet their educational requirements.
"Our priority is to focus on the education of children living in these areas. We will do our best to provide them with the infrastructure and resources they need to excel," Dr. Itoo told KNS. He pointed out that a lack of proper school buildings, limited facilities, and poor connectivity often hinder the education system in these regions.

Dr. Itoo also assured that his department is committed to addressing grievances and complaints related to the education system. "Wherever we receive any genuine concerns or complaints, we make it a priority to resolve them as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure that the education system is efficient, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of the students," he told KNS.
The Directorate of School Education, under Dr. Itoo’s leadership, aims to create a roadmap to transform the education landscape for underprivileged children, a step that could significantly impact the future of Jammu and Kashmir’s younger generation.(KNS)
