Disciplinary Action Taken Against Five in Anantnag for Election Code Breach

Anantnag, 30 Aug (KNS): The district administration of Anantnag has taken strict disciplinary action against five government employees for their involvement in political activities during the ongoing elections, a clear violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC). Participation in political activities by government employees is prohibited to ensure the impartiality and fairness of the electoral process.Two of the employees have been suspended with immediate effect due to their involvement in political activities. The wages of two more employees have been withheld until further orders.
