Sagar, Nasir others also denounce killings in strongest possible terms
Srinagar,May 19 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah on Sunday condemned the killing of former BJP Sarpanch Ajaz Ahmad Sheikh. They have also expressed concern over the attack of a Rajasthan tourist couple in South Kashmir.
Condemning the two incidents, Dr. Farooq said, "I am deeply shocked at the killing of a former BJP sarpanch in Shopian. I pray for swift and complete recovery of the injured tourist couple. I stand in solidarity with the grief stricken families at this difficult time. I hope the perpetrators of the abominable act are traced and taken to task."
Condemning the incidents, Omar said, "Very sorry to hear about the twin militant attacks in South Kashmir against tourists & a political worker of the BJP.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelI unequivocally condemn these dastardly attacks. My condolences to the family of Aijaz Ahmed. May Allah grant him a place in Jannat. I also pray that Tabrez & Farah, from Jaipur in Rajasthan, make a complete recovery."
