Srinagar, 15 May (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Farooq Abdullah on Wednesday said BJP is desperately trying to hide its failures.
He made these comments while addressing an election rally in Shangus Anantnag. Party candidate Mian Altaf Ahmed for also addressed the gathering. The program was organized by the in-charge Shangus Adv Riyaz Khan while on this occasion MP Anantnag Justice (retd) Hasnain Masoodi, party leaders Dr. Bashir Veeri, South Zone President Syed Tawqir Ahmed, Muhammad Altaf Ahmed Wani, Sajjad Kitchloo, Chaudhary Zaffar, Jagdish Singh Azad and others were present. t

Addressing the meeting,  Farooq said, "It is being said that Muslims have more children, Muslims are Jihadists. Muslims will take away the ornaments of Hindu women, Muslims will occupy the houses of Hindus and even in this situation, some selfish and opportunistic political parties in Kashmir are dancing on their tunes. We know who all those people are. The time has come to defeat them in their nefarious designs."

 


Criticizing the BJP for ruining Jammu and Kashmir and keeping the people behind the wall,  Farooq Abdullah said that the BJP has destroyed this historic state and has left no stone unturned to make the Pashtun residents needy.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe said that BJP is bent on undermining the country's constitution, democracy and democratic institutions. Apart from this, these people want to destroy the social, secular ethics and democratic principles which were framed by the framers of the constitution. They said that BJP is ruling Jammu and Kashmir by proxy. Local officers have been neglected while outside bureaucrats are running the show here who are ignorant of the geography of Jammu and Kashmir and the problems faced by the people.

He said that Jammu and Kashmir has joined the country of Mahatma Gandhi and Nehru where everyone was treated equally. BJP wants to divide and rule. His promises of thousands and millions of jobs to the youth of Jammu and Kashmir turned out to be a mirage, all his announcements turned out to be mere phrases.


Farooq Abdullah said that BJP is trying to divide votes through its proxies, but people of all regions, religions and classes have to remain vigilant about these conspiracies and reject BJP's hidden allies. He said that since 2015, BJP has brought Jammu and Kashmir to the brink of destruction and it is very important to defeat BJP and its A, B and C team in the upcoming parliamentary elections.(KNS)
