Srinagar, Sep 29(KNS): The permission granted to Shoaib Lone for an election campaign scheduled for today, featuring Star Campaigner Engineer Rashid, has been revoked on Sunday by Baramulla administration.
This decision comes in light of security concerns raised by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Baramulla, in Order No. HQR/E-Permission/2024/1140-44 dated August 29, 2024, related to the upcoming General Election to the Legislative Assembly.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
"In view of the security concerns raised by the Dy. Superintendent of Police, Baramulla, vide Order No. HQR/E-Permission/2024/1140-44 dated 29-08-2024, regarding the General Election to the Legislative Assembly 2024, permissions granted to Shoaib Lone for 29-09-2024 for Election campaign with Star Campaigner Engineer Rashid is hereby cancelled with immediate effect," reads an order.(KNS).
