Srinagar, 27 Sept (KNS) : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (NC) President Dr. Farooq Abdullah today paid rich and heartfelt tributes to late former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on the occasion of his 93rd birth anniversary.
