Srinagar, September 16 (KNS): Senior BJP leader Ram Madhav on Monday said that fundamentalism and radicalism have been planted by certain groups who now seek to unite and spread these ideas across the region.
Speaking to reporters, Madhav said that that there was a time when people thought the BJP wouldn’t gain acceptance in Kashmir. However, he said, “Today, the situation is different. People are eager to listen to BJP and understand our message. We are confident that we will win this election."
He noted the visible change in Kashmir, saying that more and more people are showing support for the BJP.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe also expressed doubts about whether the National Conference (NC) party would receive significant votes in the upcoming election, remarking that the state’s people are unlikely to accept political dynasties and secretive parties.
Ram Madhav also took a dig at Congress, suggesting that the party no longer has any meaningful presence in Jammu and Kashmir. He added that after the election, it would become clear that Congress hasn’t even tried to challenge the NC party.(KNS)
