Kupwara, Aug 18 (KNS): Vice-chairman of District Development Council (DDC) Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad, resigned from the Jammu and Kashmir People's Conference (JKPC) on Sunday after being denied a ticket to contest from the Lolab assembly segment.
