Handwara, September 5: The Returning Officer (RO) for Assembly Constituency 05 Handwara, Abdul Aziz, announced the commencement of the notification process for the third phase of elections, starting from today and continuing until September 12.

The Handwara constituency comprises 98,000 voters, with voting scheduled to take place across 120 polling stations. "We are making every possible effort to witness a record-breaking turnout in these elections, similar to what we have achieved in the past," said RO Abdul Aziz.
