Jammu, August 31 (KNS) : The High Court Staff Welfare Association of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh organised a farewell function to honour Anita Kumari, Deputy Registrar, and Sanjeev Dogra, Chief Administrative Officer, Subordinate Court, on the occasion of their retirement after years of dedicated service to the Registry.
The farewell programme was attended by Justice Sindhu Sharma, Justice Sanjay Dhar, Justice Rahul Bharti, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal and Justice Shahzad Azeem. Swati Gupta Registrar Judicial, Jammu Wing, Meyank Gupta Joint Registrar (Judicial), Jammu, Secretary, Sunil Kumar, High Court Legal Services Committee besides other officers and officials of the Registry, were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Anuradha, Assistant Registrar, shared her experiences of working with the retiring officers and appreciated their dedication, sincerity and professional commitment during their long tenure in the High Court.
In an emotional address, Anita Kumari expressed her gratitude to the High Court, the Judges and the entire Registry for organising the farewell in her honour. Recalling her journey of nearly 28 years, she said that she had joined the institution as a Junior Assistant in 1998 and, through dedication and committed service, rose to retire from the post of Deputy Registrar.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Appreciating her contribution, Justice Sindhu Sharma lauded Anita Kumari for her dedication, honesty and commitment to duty. She observed that the staff of the judiciary constitutes the 'invisible force' that enables judges to effectively discharge their constitutional responsibility of adjudication and delivery of justice. Justice Sindhu Sharma also appreciated the cooperation extended by the Registry staff and acknowledged their invaluable, though often unseen, contribution to the justice delivery system.
As a token of love and appreciation, the Judges present on the occasion presented mementoes to the retiring officers and wished them a happy, healthy and fulfilling retired life.
The function concluded with expressions of gratitude and appreciation for the long and dedicated service rendered by the retiring officers to the High Court and the judiciary.
The programme was conducted by Syed Anwer Shaheen, President, High Court Staff Welfare Association, along with Nitesh Singh.
