Historic Day for Bilaliya Educational Institute and Crescent Public School

Srinagar, 20 July (KNS): Bilaliya Educational Institute and Crescent Public School are delighted to announce the inauguration of the first-ever Legal Literacy Club, a pioneering initiative aimed at providing invaluable legal help and consultation to students. The clubs at both Bilaliya and Crescent were inaugurated by Hon'ble justice Tashi Rabstan, Chief Justice (Acting) High Court of J&K and Ladakh, and Executive Chairman J&K Legal Services Authority.

“The initiative, established by the District Legal Services Authority Srinagar under the aegis of J&K Legal Services Authority, aims to educate students on the legal aspects of their rights and assist them in navigating any legal issues they may face. This landmark setup is expected to significantly boost the community's legal awareness and support,” said Manzoor Wangnoo, Chairman of Bilaliya Educational Institute.

The inauguration event was graced by distinguished guests, including Shri Jawad Ahmed, Principal District Judge and Chairman of District Legal Services Authority, Jhangir Bakshi, Sub Judge and Secretary DLSA Srinagar, and Amit Kumar Gupta, Member Secretary J&K Legal Services Authority.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelThe guests were warmly welcomed by students and the Patrons and Advisors/MC members of NLCO, including SFA Gillani, Dr. Mushtaq Margoob, and Zahoor Qari.

Manzoor Wangnoo expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Tauseef Ahmad for his coordination, the NLCO patrons/MC members for their presence, the volunteers for their dedicated efforts, and the students for their active participation.

"This Legal Literacy Club will set a benchmark for others to follow and truly benefit our students in every aspect," said Wangnoo.
