Srinagar, 26 May (KNS) : Demonstrating its commitment to public welfare, the Chinar Corps of the Indian Army organised a medical camp on 26 May 2025 in Uri,Baramulla, for civilians impacted by recent ceasefire violations. Over 500 residents from the villages of Nambla A, Nambla B, Nambla C,Sahora, Hathlanga, Silikot, Gharkote, Balkote, Macchikrand, Bandi, Lagama,Rajarwani, and Paran Pilan received medical attention.
A dedicated team—including a, Medical Officer, and Psychologist—offered free consultations, basic treatment, mental health support, and awareness sessions on hygiene and preventive care.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The initiative was welcomed with gratitude by the local population and reflects the Army’s continued efforts to support and serve the people of Jammu & Kashmir,living by its motto.
